Tom developed his mixing chops and client base at this dreamy spot up in Rockland County. He as since moved the operation to a building in Red Hook, Brooklyn. The Cottage will always be remembered as a creative haven where much wonderful work was done and good times were had.

Nestled inside the curve of a brook that babbles through 100 acres of nature preserve just 45 MINUTES from midtown (really!) sits this 1940's summer cottage that has been turned into a 5.1, THX-calibrated mixing studio, complete with a ten foot digital projection, an expanded Pro Tools system, a comfortable couch next to a woodburning stove, and an endless supply of excellent espresso. Outside is a 1964 Airstream guesthouse and edit room, that can house up to three pro tools workstations. It is a wonderful, peaceful spot to focus on creating and polishing the sound of your film. The list of people who have chosen the Cottage for their film sound is long and distinguished, including two academy award winners.
